Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 13, 2026

Tryzub Ukrainian Kitchen (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you submit a reservation request through our website, how we use it, and how we store and protect it.

When you submit a reservation request, we collect the information you provide in the form. This may include your first and last name, email address, phone number, the requested reservation date (and time, if provided), the number of guests, and any message or notes you include.

We use this information to respond to and manage your reservation request, including confirming details, asking questions, making changes, or handling cancellations. We also use reservation request information internally to improve our service and operations by reviewing patterns such as peak days and times, typical party size, and returning guests. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use reservation request submissions for advertising targeting or behavioral profiling.

Reservation requests are stored in our internal reservation records (such as a database or structured tables used by our team for reservation management), and the submission may also be delivered to our business email so our team can respond and coordinate. We may use service providers to operate our website, communications, and data storage. These providers process information only to provide services to us and do not receive permission from us to use your information for their own marketing.

We retain reservation request information only as long as reasonably necessary for reservation management, customer service, and internal operational reporting, and then we delete or anonymize it when appropriate, unless retention is required or permitted by law or for legitimate business purposes.

You may request access to the information you submitted (when reasonably available), request corrections, or request deletion of your reservation request information, subject to operational needs and legal requirements. To make a request, contact us - info@tryzubchicago.com

We take reasonable measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our reservation form is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version.

Terms and Conditions

Effective date: February 13, 2026

Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your interactions with Tryzub Ukrainian Kitchen (“we,” “us,” “our”), including use of our website and reservation request form, dine-in service, group dining, private events, gift cards, promotions, and related communications.

Reservations and Confirmation

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a reservation. A reservation is confirmed only after review by a staff member and after you receive confirmation from our team by email, phone, or other written confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, your reservation may not be scheduled, and you should contact us before arriving.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and reservation details. If we cannot reach you to confirm or clarify your request, we may be unable to confirm the reservation. Please note that we are closed on Mondays; requests submitted on Monday may not receive a response until the next business day.

During high-demand periods (including holidays, special events, and peak dining hours), multiple parties may request the same time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time; however, availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is provided. If your requested time is unavailable, we may propose an alternative time, seating arrangement, or other adjustments.

Changes, Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and Seating

If you need to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed.

To support service flow and other reservations, we may release a table if your party arrives significantly late. If you are running late, please contact us and we will try to accommodate when possible. During peak hours, we may apply reasonable table time limits.

For larger parties, we may need to adjust seating arrangements, split tables, or offer limited reservation times based on space and staffing. We may request that the party size be finalized in advance. If the number of guests differs materially from what was submitted, we may be unable to accommodate the reservation as originally requested. Specific tables, rooms, or seating locations cannot be guaranteed.

Deposits, Holds, Minimums, and Special Arrangements

For certain dates, party sizes, private events, or special arrangements, we may require a credit card hold, deposit, minimum spend, pre-selected menu, or other conditions. Any such requirements—including amounts, timing, and cancellation terms—will be communicated as part of the confirmation process and will apply as agreed in writing.

Where applicable, deposits may be applied as a credit toward the final check or handled as otherwise agreed by management in writing. If a deposit or hold is required, the applicable cancellation or no-show terms will be communicated during confirmation and will apply as agreed.

Special Requests, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions

You may provide special requests or allergy notes. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee we can meet all requests, particularly when submitted shortly before arrival. Guests are responsible for communicating allergies and dietary restrictions to staff upon arrival. While we take allergies seriously, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Payments, Processing Fees, and Service Charges

A credit card processing fee may be applied to card payments where permitted by law and will be separately indicated on the check or receipt.

Service charges may be applied in certain situations, including for large groups or special events, and we will provide notice when applicable. Additional event or group terms may be communicated during confirmation and will apply as agreed.

Discounts and Promotions

Discounts and promotions are offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Friends-and-family discounts (or similar courtesy discounts) require management approval and may be limited by date, time, party size, or other conditions. Discounts generally cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable only in person at Tryzub Ukrainian Kitchen unless explicitly stated otherwise. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Please safeguard your gift card; redemption may require presentation of the physical card or gift card details.

Outside Alcohol, Food, Equipment, and Third-Party Vendors

Outside hard liquor or spirits are not permitted. Wine may be permitted only with management approval, limited to one (1) standard bottle per table, and subject to a corkage fee as posted or as communicated by management. If permitted, wine must be presented to staff upon arrival. We may refuse any outside beverage for safety, compliance, or service reasons.

Outside food and desserts (including cakes), decorations, and any outside equipment or vendors (including microphones, speakers, audio/visual equipment, photographers, videographers, DJs, decorators, or third-party staff) require management approval in advance. Unapproved items or vendors may be refused. If unapproved items are brought in or used, we may apply additional fees where permitted, including fees related to service, plating, cleanup, disposal, or other operational impacts, as determined by management and communicated at the time.

Closures and Operational Disruptions

We may close early, close for the day, or cancel reservations due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including accidents, emergencies, severe weather, utility outages, staffing shortages, or unexpected maintenance. When reasonably practical, we will notify guests using the contact information provided.

Conduct and Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or end service for safety, lawful business reasons, or disruptive behavior. Guests are expected to comply with staff instructions and respect other guests and our team.

Website and Form Use

You agree not to misuse our website or reservation request form, including submitting false information, sending spam, or attempting to disrupt our website or operations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from use of our website, reservation request form, or related communications, including unconfirmed requests, delivery failures, or issues caused by inaccurate contact information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at info@tryzubchicago.com.
